‘Our aim is to refocus the family through service, harmony and a sense of community by engaging in the political process in order to end the disenfranchisement of individuals and to encourage support for political, economic and social change in Birmingham’

Birmingham Empowerment Forum is an Independent Organisation, which has been set up, to develop the voices of all of the communities in Birmingham. Over the past few years, the majority of the Birmingham electorate has become disengaged with the role of governance and indeed the political process in the city that is not representative of the diversity which is Birmingham.
Many issues affecting the public have not been or are currently being address such as:
  • Investing in Birmingham in order to create jobs and investment infrastructure. To encourage relocation and start ups in the city.

  • Investing in education, in order to increase levels of achievement, for all of the communities of Birmingham.

Investing in our communities, to create safer and greener neighbourhoods.

Giving the people in Birmingham a stake in how their city is run, that is reflective of demographic make up.

Giving the young people of Birmingham a stake in the governance of their city through a structured forum.

Investing in care for the disabled and elderly.

Increase Participation and Consultation with all the people of Birmingham irrespective of     race, gender, sexuality, religion age or disability.

Invest in social and economic regeneration.

Embrace the rich Diversity of Birmingham
